  • Michelle is a California state certified practitioner and will customize your massages to your specific needs. From rehabilitation techniques to relaxation, she will work with your healthcare provider to ensure you receive the best care possible.

  • Consultation for all new clients

    • Consultations for all new clients will be scheduled via Zoom meeting prior to your appointment. You must submit your intake form two days prior to your scheduled appointment, so I can customize your massage to your specific needs. If you have any questions, please give me a call at 925.413.2629.

  • NEW CLIENTS - Please fill out this intake form prior to your appointment date, and email it to healthynecessity@comcast.net.

  • ALL CLIENTS - Please fill out this update form prior to every appointment, and send to healthynecessity@comcast.net.

Before leaving for your appointment, please ensure you’ve completed this checklist:

- Make sure that you have emailed or text Healthy Necessity a copy of COVID-19 screening questions.
- Make sure you are not experiencing and symptoms or have a fever over 100.
- Use your own restroom prior to you arriving to your appointment.
- Wash your hands.
- Bring your own mask (this is mandatory as I will not have extra to give)
- Bring a bottle water for after your appointment.

You will not receive your massage treatment if:

- You have any COVID-19 symptoms.
- You have not signed the waiver prior to your appointment.
- You don’t have a mask.

*Please note if you arrive and have any symptoms of COVID-19  you will not be charged for your appointment.

*If you do arrive and are not prepared with a mask or have signed the COVID-19 waiver prior to your appointment. I will have to reschedule your appointment and full payment will be required for your appointment being rescheduled. Please come prepared as I will be prepared for you.
