We are open 7 days of the week from 7am to 7pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

How do I schedule my massage appointment?

Please call us directly to schedule your appointments and one of our Certified Therapists will call you directly.

How far in advance should I book my appointments?

We highly recommend that clients book their massages as far in advance as possible to ensure the availability of services. Some of our therapists can be booked out as far as three months in advance. We do have a cancellation list for clients who would like to be notified as soon as we have an opening. 

When should I arrive for my appointment?

20 minutes, this will allow you to fill out a new client intake form so we can customize your massage and speak with your therapist to get you the best care you need. All of our massages are carefully timed and will start on time to allow everyone their full 60, 90 or 2 hour scheduled time. If you are late their may be a possibility that your massage may be shortened if another client is scheduled after you. So please, be on time to ensure your appointment can start on time. 

Are there any age restrictions?

Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the room while the treatment is provided for the minor. Parents must help minor fill out appropriate paperwork prior to their appointment.

Should I leave a tip?

In appreciation of exceptional service, gratuities are welcomed and may be given at your discretion. At the time of check out you can give your therapist their gratuity or it can be added to your charge at the time of payment. 

Is smoking allowed?

No, our office is a smoke-free environment.

Are electronic devices allowed in your facility?

Please refrain from bringing any type of disruptive electronic devices such as cell phones and laptops into our office. Healthy Necessity is not responsible for lost items.

What is your cancellation policy?

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Because your services are guaranteed reservations reserved for you, full payment is required for the following conditions

Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.No-show or missed appointments. - please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. When booking your appointments within 24 hours Changes or Cancellations will be subject to a fee of the service missed.


SERIES QUESTIONS

Who can use a series?

When you prepay and prebook anyone in your family can use your series package. 


Is there an expiration date for the series?

No, there is not an expiration date. But our series are NON-REFUNDABLE but are TRANSFERABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
